In the game, Joseph P. Kennedy, Sr. is running for president in 1944 and needs advice in planning his campaign. You can play as either Henry Ford or Charles Lindbergh. You must help Joe Kennedy, Sr. decide whether he should name the enemy during his presidential campaign. This is the first game in the series that portrait photos for the main characters. It is also the first game in the series that allows the player to reform the terrain to match his own thinking.
